As a mixed-media artist, my work emerges from layers of collage, paint, illustration, photo-montage
and through architectural, and natural elements. Each stage of my process is inspired and directed by my experimentation with various craft techniques, and the research of new processes and materials drives my works development.
I construct and deconstruct a painting over a period of 1-5 months, oscillating between applying layers of paint, paper, resin and stripping, scratching, sanding and revealing aiming to capture a place in transition rather than arrive at any particular place.
